Polycarbonate clear roof sheets –  To allow natural light in from above. (Inexpensive way to light our shed inside)

Additional Options 

Roof seal kit  – Seals roof sheets to panel tops (eves) Foam inserts that are machined in 1meter lengths to fit the roof profile perfectly. Ideal for keeping heat in and finishing off the overall look.

Floor/Plinth Seal Kit – Seals your pressure treated plinth to your concrete base. Includes a waterproof gap sealant (clear), gun for application and re-useable sealant edging kit.

 High flow gutter kit – (High flow Black) Will prevent rain water collecting around the base of the shed thus keeping water damage to a minimum around the base.

Ground anchor kit – (Thunder bolts concrete screws secured into the concrete 175mm mm fixings) – Secures building to the concrete floor & now means the building can be damp sealed –  Ask for more information. Ground anchor kits are required on all porch/overhang upright posts to ensure position fixture.

Frame shielding membrane

This option is a breathable membrane fabric that is stretched over the frame before the external cladding is applied. This is an ideal option if your looking for less damp and condensation throughout there different seasons. 

Breathable membrane  – Made of high density polyethylene fibres for long-term protection against the elements. This durable, lightweight breathable membrane is windtight and water resistant and designed for use in new build, refurbishment or extension projects.

Note –

1) All units are made using machine regulated wood only.
2) All exterior timber is imported pressure treated Swedish Red Wood. Please be aware of fast grown spruce cladding used by some manufacturers out there currently.
3) We offer a 15 year guarantee with all roof systems.
4) Roof trusses/purils are machine regualted and graded.

NEXT STEPS

 To confirm and secure a delivery date please reply to the above quotation stating your requirement. If you have any questions regarding building options or site conditions please get in touch with a member of sales for a re-quote .

All new building orders need to be booked onto our live system, stock allocation and machining are all taken into consideration at this stage. A 50% deposit is required to process all orders.

Upon receipt of this deposit an official VAT invoice is generated through our accounts,  design and production are notified of your new order.  A member of our design team will be in touch 10 days prior to delivery to discuss layout, floor plan, panel sizes and component locations. 

During busy periods the lead team may be between 2 – 4 weeks for a new order to be produced delivered to your site.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

To confirm and secure delivery/fitting a 50% deposit is required on the date of order. The remaining balance is payable 24hrs prior to delivery.

Concrete base :
With or without steel reinforcement dependant on use of your building we use graded steel reinforcement a 142 mesh available with a variety of finishes including tamp / brush / floated or power float finish.
Concrete used is c35 mix gen 1 witch conforms to nhbc building control and British construction standard

Options also include :
