With over 20 years construction experience we offer a solution to all your your groundwork needs . We have a diverse range of suitable options to keep your bespoke timber building sturdy including:

Flagged bases – 50mm concrete flag bases available with 200 mm construction type 1 mot hardcore sub base and 30 mm sharp sand /cement screed . All available in a variety of sizes and colours

Timber decking – Why not finish off your summer house with some external decking available in a variety of grades /colours and sizes. We also offer a full site clearance if requested and any fencing /gate requirements.

Concrete base – With or without steel reinforcement dependant on use of your building we use graded steel reinforcement a 142 mesh available with a variety of finishes including tamp / brush / floated or power float finish.

Concrete used is c35 mix gen 1 witch conforms to nhbc building control and British construction standard

What happens once I have ordered and paid for the product?

You will receive a message/email outlining your order confirmation and details within 48hrs..

Do you have your products ready for collection?

No, all are products are built to order so each order is tailor made for that customer. But if you do want to collect to save on delivery just let us know and we can get one ready.

Can I make modifications or request a different size?

We do offer a bespoke build service as well as our standard sizes you can either contact us via email, the eBay messaging service or by calling us on 01948 807000 | 07469 206642

For example we build a range starting at 2400mm (gable) x unlimited all the way up to a 6000mm (gable) x unlimited and any option In between.

Can I specify a certain date or time for delivery?

If you let us know your delivery details such as a window of dates we will always try to work towards them.

How does the product get delivered?

The product 99% of the time is delivered on a flatbed vehicle or trailer. It comes sectionally make and constructed on site. Machined trusses are used on all buildings.
