Additional Features

Plinth Bearers

Pressure-treated Redwood bearers, tailor-machined to suit the building dimensions. Designed to lift untreated framing timbers away from ground moisture. Fully supported flooring can be added when this option is selected.
Ground Anchor Kit

175mm Thunderbolt concrete fixings to secure the building to a suitable concrete base, helping provide additional stability and allowing the base to be damp sealed. Ground anchors are required for porch and roof-overhang support posts.
High Flow Gutter Kit

Black high-flow guttering to channel rainwater away from the building and help prevent water accumulation around the base.

Self Build

Supplied in prefabricated panels with the materials required for assembly. A qualified joiner will explain the assembly process.
