ROOF - EPDM RUBBER - Due to its composition, essentially EPDM polymers and carbon black,  EPDM offers unmatched resistance to ozone, UV radiation, and ultimately ageing. Remains flexible at temperatures down to -45 degrees and can elongate over 300% to accommodate building movements and temperature fluctuations. Requires little or no maintenance. This feature combined with the inherent durability and competitive installed cost of EPDM roofing systems, result in a very low life-cycle cost.

GROUND ANCHOR KIT - (Thunder bolts concrete screws secured into the concrete 175mm mm fixings) - Secures building to the concrete floor & now means the building can be damp sealed - Ask for more information. Ground anchor kits are required on all porch/overhang upright posts to ensure position fixture.

EXTERNAL ROOF BOARDING (INCLUDED ON ALL ORDERS) - 18mm 2397 x 1197 Kronospan OSB3

WATERPROOF PANEL MEMBRANE - Made of high density polyethylene fibres for long-term protection against the elements. This durable, lightweight breathable membrane is wind tight and water resistant and designed for use in new build, refurbishment or extension projects. Highly permeable to water vapour – can be fixed directly to insulation (Sd-value: 0.01m). Enhances the airtightness of the construction / Long-term reliability / CE marked / Fully BBA, IAB, and UKAS approved / BBA certificate: 90/2548

FULLY INSULATED FLOOR - Heavy duty Marine Ply, tanalised load bearing support timbers (18mm boarding as standard) to include 30mm Celetex insulation

HIGH FLOW GUTTER KIT - TO RUN AONG THE REAR - (High flow Black) Will prevent rain water collecting around the base of the shed thus keeping water damage to a minimum around the base.

SELF BUILD - The building would arrive in pre-fabricated panels with all the materials required to complete and would be delivered by one of our qualified joiners who would go through the full erection process with you. All panels & apex's are tradesman built with exceptional quality and workmanship.

Delivery is charged at £2.50 per mile, one way from our Shropshire workshop to your address. Once you have placed your order you will need to send us a message with your full address, post code, contact telephone number and email address, we will then notify you of the additional delivery charge.

Please be aware that as our workshop is based in Shropshire therefore they may be a surcharge if your location requires our driver to stay overnight due to driving restrictions.

All of our buildings are made to order therefore the lead time from order confirmation to delivery is currently 4 weeks
